EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

* Trevan has performed over 350 residential inspections including structural condition assessments, water infiltration assessments, and condition assessments of all major systems - structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and building envelope. Trevan received formal training through the American Home Inspectors Institute (AHIT) and practical training through on-site inspections under the direction of a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Home Inspector.

Trevan also has over 18 years experience in the environmental field including solid waste disposal, site assessments and environmental remediation and brownfield redevelopment. He has experience operating a large regional solid waste disposal facility and has managed multiple remediation projects of contaminated properties under Federal (CERCLA/Superfund) and State cleanup programs.
